Returns Policy

All requests for returning merchandise must be emailed directly to Big Rock Clothing. Please see the form below. In the comment section please specify the reason for return. Upon approval, Big Rock Clothing will issue a Return Authorization Number to the customer to be included on the return package sent to Big Rock Clothing. Please note that any items received by Big Rock Clothing WITHOUT the Return Authorization number included will not be processed. All return requests must be made within 30 days of original order. Items worn and/or washed are not eligible for return. If the return is due to an error on our part such as receiving an incorrect item, defect, etc. Big Rock Clothing will pay the return shipping costs.

For all other returns or exchanges the customer will pay all shipping costs.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for all returns and exchanges. 

Shipping

We can ship to any state in the United States with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska using our standard shipping rates via UPS ground. 

For delivery outside of this region, please contact us using the form below.

We will research the lest expensive option for shipment and notify the customer accordingly before processing order.

Please allow 7-10 days for shipping, however in most cases we will ship sooner.
